Warranty Terms and Conditions

This unit comes with 3 months Australia wide warranty. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your device that may have been caused by us or that we may have missed, we will try to repair or replace it and if we are not able to do either; then we will provide a refund. Please let us know if you encounter any issues within the 3 months as there can be an additional charge thereafter. Batterys are not covered under warranty and damage you have caused is also not covered

However if you would like an alternative device of a different model and size then please reach out to us and we can arrange an exchange. (Return and difference in value of devices will have to be at the expense of the buyer)
